How much is this antique rolex watch worth?

An elderly lady gave it to us.
Please give me all the info you can on it, the strap if made of lizard =/

Pictures never really give an accurate depiction of the watch itself, but it appears to be a counterfeit Rolex Datejust.

Four details that catch my attention:
- the clarity/crispness of the Rolex crown logo, near the 12 o'clock mark
- the cyclops (date) magnification
- the winding crown
- the hands and placement of lume

There should be two number on the case between the lugs...
- Case Reference Number between 12 o'clock lugs
- Serial Number between 6 o'clock lugs

My advice would be to take it into an authorized Rolex dealer that has a watchmaker on site.

I have an unsigned oil painting of a scotsman It was found in an antique shop. Any ideas of price or artist?

The scotsman is holding the ladies hand and there is a lake and mountains in the background. It looks rather old but is in good condition. Does anyone have any ideas who the artist might be or who I could contact to find out?
