We provide for a place for all the data Here we keep track of the principal plaintiff and the status of the auction, if a date for one has been set. You will note how well organized this information is. Just like your momma taught you years ago . . . there is a place for everything and everything has it's place. And you need a place for mortgages . . . As in the defendants and contacts section, you can add as many liens and mortgages to the system as are needed. The book/page numbers for these mortgages are also saved here. You will see later in the tour how our system pulls up each county's pdf files of these mortgages quickly and easily. Also, the dollar amounts in this section are automatically used to calculate things like total costs and the equity of the property.

Thanks to Zillow, you have comps Every property that your data file creates on our server will be automatically linked to Zillow's charts and graphs right from within our system. Zillow is the premier service out there for getting ton's of useful property information. Everything from comparables to arial views are offered from their service. Very useful stuff!

Integrated Contracts and You can't close on a property without a contract. Our integrated contract editor makes contract creation a breeze. The template system automatically imports names, addresses, dates and more right into your contracts ensuring you get it right the first time. Looking up county records Ahhh, the part every investor hates and that is dealing with courthouse records. A necessary evil in your line of work. Real Estate Pro helps to make this chore just a little easier. Provided there is valid book/page information in the data for the property you are researching, Real Estate Pro will connect straight through to the county records on file with the court house and display all the relevant documents right then and there.

Quick Sheets for the road. When you go out on the road to check out a number of properties you don't want to be carrying piles of paper and scratch notes with you. Real Estate Pro has a special print function that fits onto a single page the summary details about the property along with a map and directions. Print out the ones you need for the day and head on out the door! Another example of the little things that we do to make your life easier.

What to do with all the numbers? You have all the numbers for the house including market value, rehab and closing costs, etc... Our financial worksheet is where these all end up. It will automatically perform basic calculations such as total costs, price per square foot, and equity for the property. Many of these numbers are automatically entered here from where they exist elsewhere in the system, saving you time and eliminating error.

Now you have the house ready for sale! Okay, the contracts are signed, the rehab work is complete and you are ready to turn your investment into a profit. You gotta sell the thing! As you are well aware, there are a number of resources that you can use to make this happen. How about including your own website? Part of the Real Estate Pro system is your own website under your own domain name! Here you will be able to post your properties for sale complete with detailed descriptions and up to 25 photos.

Back to the management menu we go . . . Here you will find a set of maintenance functions to manage your website with. You will be able to post and edit your property listings as well as perform other tasks such as featuring properties on the home page, handling customer inquiries, and running system reports.
